Description
The Medical Coder performs outpatient surgery coding, completes audits, maintains productivity and clarification logs, escalates issues, and supports HIPAA and OIG compliance. The role requires CPC certification, at least three years of coding experience after certification, a life science or paramedical degree, computer skills, and strong communication abilities. It is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, a 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST shift, weekends off, and a requirement for a high-speed broadband internet connection.
