VOIS is hiring an Oracle BRM Billing Application Support Engineer to support critical telecom billing operations and production services. The role covers incident resolution, bill-run coordination, reconciliation, CDR and event processing, service restoration, ITIL-aligned change and problem management, and operational automation using SQL, PL/SQL, Shell scripting, APIs, and monitoring tools. Candidates need 1–3 years of relevant telecom IT or application support experience, Oracle BRM or enterprise billing exposure, SQL and Unix/Linux knowledge, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
