Flex is hiring a Senior Executive – Program Management in Pune to support US-based customers and stakeholders through program and project management activities. The role covers order, demand, billing, accounts receivable, shipment administration, O2C processes, Lean improvement projects, digitization, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and tracking GBS and Site CFT metrics. Candidates should have 3–7 years of experience in project or program management, customer service, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related domains, along with Brazilian Portuguese and English fluency; night shifts supporting US business hours are required.
