Parity is hiring a Senior Experience Engineer for its Polkadot Research Engineering team to lead end-to-end feature delivery from problem discovery through architecture, AI-augmented development, MVP iteration, and production deployment. The role requires production-grade web application experience, frontend architecture knowledge, system design ability, and product intuition for applying AI to solve user problems. It is remote and flexible, with team members hired as contractors through Parity’s UK entity.
