BCG is hiring a Senior Operator for its Rapid Value & Cash practice to lead hands-on turnaround, restructuring, and performance-improvement work in high-stakes client situations. The role owns execution across finance, operations, cash, cost, and organizational levers; may assume interim CxO-1 or CxO-2 leadership; partners with senior stakeholders; and contributes to client development, team coaching, and RVC methodology development. Candidates need 12–20+ years of relevant consulting, private equity value creation, restructuring, or senior industry experience, strong execution and analytical skills, and fluency in German and English.
