Infleqtion is hiring an experimental Senior AMO Physicist to join its neutral atom quantum computing team in the UK. The full-time role is split between the Kidlington, Oxford office and the National Quantum Computing Centre at Harwell, with up to two days per week work from home depending on business needs. The position focuses on modelling and executing AMO physics experiments, translating product requirements into atomic system designs, integrating opto-mechanical, electronic, and software systems, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams while contributing to reports, publications, and presentations.
