NextPharma is hiring a Senior Expert Analytics - Pharmaceutical Development (m/f/d) to start on 01.10.2026 at its Bielefeld site. The role focuses on developing and validating analytical methods, statistical analysis, test and validation plans, analytical concepts, risk analyses, customer presentations, and site-wide standards for pharmaceutical product development, particularly small-molecule solid dosage forms. Candidates need a completed degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related natural science followed by a PhD, several years of GMP analytical development experience, strong HPLC/UHPLC, GC, dissolution, and statistical evaluation knowledge, and German and English at a negotiation level.
