RICO Elastomere Projecting GmbH is hiring a Senior Expert to lead its application engineering team and bring injection-molding tools and processes to series readiness, especially in silicone (LSR) injection molding. The role covers process optimization, failure analysis, customer acceptance testing, quality coordination, team and technical leadership, and innovation with R&D. Candidates need several years of injection-molding or application-engineering experience, strong tool–material–machine–process knowledge, systematic optimization experience, and German and English skills. The position offers flexible working hours and a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 2,918.34.
