Catawiki is hiring a Senior Expert in Preowned Jewellery to support its jewellery auctions in Italy. The role evaluates and arranges lots, reviews titles, descriptions, and images, provides realistic value estimates, maintains transparent and fair transactions, recruits and develops sellers, and collaborates with sales and marketing teams. Candidates need a Gemmology Diploma from an FEEG- or GIA-recognised school, 5–10 years of jewellery, diamond, or precious-stones trade experience, appraisal and authentication expertise, project-management and analytical skills, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and fluent English; Italian is a plus. The position is 100% remote and based in Italy.
