Vodafone is hiring a Senior Expert IT Business Analyst to support the strategic development of its SIMon mobile and otelo brands. The role owns data foundations, analyzes marketing activities and CRM data, creates forecasts and budgets, monitors performance, and independently leads cross-functional projects. Responsibilities include automating data flows, building dashboards in Google Looker Studio, managing JavaScript tags, and handling web analytics. The position requires at least five years of relevant experience, strong SQL and Excel knowledge, and very good English; it can be filled full-time or as near full-time part-time for at least 30 hours and is based in Düsseldorf.
