Optiveum is recruiting a Senior/Expert Java Developer for a client in the banking sector to develop new embedded banking services and distributed, highly available applications. The role is based in Warsaw, Gdańsk, or Gdynia, Poland, with a hybrid work model requiring at least 60% office presence and pays up to 160 PLN per hour net plus VAT on a B2B basis. Candidates need at least six years of Java development experience, microservices and Spring Boot expertise, relational database knowledge, distributed-systems experience, AI-assisted development familiarity, and knowledge of modern Java tooling.
