Skai is hiring a Senior Expert Services Manager to act as the senior practitioner and strategic advisor for enterprise retail media clients. The role owns account strategy, performance, and outcomes; executes and optimizes campaigns across major retail media networks; performs advanced AMC analyses and custom reporting or automation; advises senior stakeholders; leads QBRs; supports commercial growth and escalations; mentors colleagues; and partners cross-functionally on platform innovation. The position is US-based, hybrid, allows 10–15% travel, pays $95,000–$110,000 annually plus bonus eligibility, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement match, paid leave, and other benefits.
