Methods Analytics is recruiting a Senior Fabric Engineer for its Public Sector Business unit on a permanent basis. The role is mainly remote but requires flexibility to travel to client sites and may involve work from London, Sheffield, or Bristol. Responsibilities include building scalable data solutions with Microsoft Fabric and related Azure, Databricks, and Power BI tools; designing ETL and ELT pipelines; developing dimensional data models; implementing data governance, security, and compliance controls; optimizing queries and dashboards; and mentoring team members. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, experience with Spark-based platforms, ETL/ELT pipeline development, Power BI dashboard creation, dimensional modelling, CI/CD, and business-requirements translation. Security clearance and a baseline personnel security standard are required, and the role offers private medical insurance and other benefits.
