Description
The Senior Fabrication Planner serves as the site leader for fabrication planning and material availability, coordinating SAP MRP exceptions, fabrication work orders, inventory health, supplier-to-manufacturing flow, shortage recovery, and cross-functional execution across Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Customer Service. The role owns planning processes, planning parameters, reporting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while serving as the site’s planning subject matter expert. It requires at least five years of manufacturing planning, materials management, or supply chain experience, advanced SAP planning experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. The position offers an annual base salary of $78,000 to $100,000, a 10% to 20% bonus target, and medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
