Description
The Senior Facilities & Reliability Engineer will provide technical leadership across facilities engineering, maintenance reliability, and mechanical integrity programs in a biomedical manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include reliability engineering, asset performance, infrastructure management, maintenance execution, capital projects, shutdowns, budgeting, engineering systems, and SHE and security leadership. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 5–10 years of experience in facilities engineering or maintenance reliability, including biomedical or highly regulated manufacturing, root cause analysis, capital projects, mechanical integrity, and CMMS or AutoCAD experience. The position is based in Exton and Wayne, Pennsylvania, with a base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 and comprehensive benefits.
