The Senior Facilities Contracts Specialist performs the full lifecycle of construction, facilities, and architect/engineer contracts, including solicitation development, negotiations, source selection, contract administration, budget monitoring, compliance enforcement, and closeout. The role also provides senior-level review and guidance to junior contracting personnel and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework plus four years of progressive contracting experience focused on construction.
