Description
ASRC Communications, Ltd is hiring a Senior Facilities Engineer for its Installation Support Services for Geographically Separated Locations contract supporting the United States Air Force. The position is based at the ASRCC Project Headquarters in Anchorage, Alaska, with periodic travel to Eareckson Air Station, King Salmon Airport, and Wake Island Airfield. Responsibilities include leading repair, modification, replacement, and new-installation projects; evaluating facilities and infrastructure; preparing work requests, estimates, proposals, procurement documents, and technical reports; troubleshooting complex technical issues; and coordinating with site personnel and subcontractors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or engineering or equivalent experience, at least two years of facilities engineering and maintenance management experience, at least five years of progressive mechanical or electrical engineering experience, and the ability to obtain SECRET clearance and travel 25% of the year to remote sites.
