Description
The Senior Facilities Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned facility management locations and multiple spokes or depots, including physical infrastructure, safety, employee well-being, client relations, budgets, contracts, maintenance, emergency response, and staff development. The role manages a team including Facility Managers, Assistant Facility Managers, Coordinators, Building Engineers, and Technicians, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent 5–7 years of mission-critical operations experience, at least five years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience, and five years of electrical or mechanical experience. Compensation is $138,000 per year plus DOE, with ABM benefits.
