Colliers is hiring an experienced Retail Facilities Management professional to manage four retail assets, primarily in Caddens, with weekly site visits to Windsor and Burwood. The role oversees building compliance, engineering standards, security, cleaning, maintenance, safety, stakeholder relationships, work orders, operating expenditure, client reporting, and facilities management systems. Candidates should have experience managing retail or commercial assets, strong time management and communication skills, familiarity with building maintenance systems, financial literacy, and IT skills.
