Description
The Senior Facilities Manager will lead facilities and maintenance operations across the Smart Parc site, overseeing building and equipment maintenance, contractors, budgets, compliance, procurement, building management systems, and a team of Facilities colleagues. The role requires facilities and maintenance management experience, leadership and employee relations experience, knowledge of safety and quality standards, and the ability to drive operational excellence. It is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position based in Spondon, Derby, with no visa sponsorship.
