Description
Kizuki International LLC is hiring a Senior Facilities Manager for the Greater Seattle Area to lead a facilities supervisor and approximately three to five team members. The role oversees preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, vendor performance, equipment reliability, asset lifecycle planning, repair costs, work-order prioritization, and facility standards across multiple restaurants and commissary facilities. The position requires hands-on technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and restaurant equipment, along with leadership, financial management, and travel capabilities. Compensation is $35-$42 per hour plus eligibility for a company bonus program, with medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
