Takeda is hiring a Senior Facilities Engineer to lead facility and infrastructure improvement projects at its Round Lake, Illinois manufacturing site. The role coordinates site-wide shutdowns, manages stakeholders and vendors, monitors performance metrics, supports sustainability and regulatory compliance, and mentors engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline, at least three years of experience in a large organization, pharmaceutical or biotech experience, and knowledge of HVAC and clean-room utilities. The position is full-time, onsite, and pays a U.S. base salary of $89,900 to $141,240.
