NVIDIA is hiring a Failure Analysis Engineer to investigate complex failures in advanced integrated circuits, deep learning processors, and system architectures. The role involves developing physical failure analysis methodologies, performing precision de-processing and nanoscale Focused Ion Beam analysis, creating characterization platforms, optimizing laboratory workflows, and leading root-cause investigations that support yield, performance, reliability, design optimization, and customer requests. Candidates need a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent experience, along with at least 8 years of relevant hands-on industry experience. The base salary range is 144,000 USD to 230,000 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until July 24, 2026.
