Odyssey House is hiring a full-time Senior Family Social Worker for its George Rosenfeld Center for Recovery in Ward's Island, New York. The role provides supervision to family support staff, conducts PTSD assessments, delivers solution-focused brief therapy and motivational interviewing, develops family service plans, coordinates network providers, maintains clinical records, and participates in multidisciplinary case conferences. Applicants need three years of direct-service experience with chemically dependent women and their families, a master's degree in social work, and New York State licensure as an LMSW, LMHC, CASAC, or Limited Permit.
