Description

Intact is seeking a Senior Field Claims Adjuster, Property to conduct on-site inspections and investigate complex commercial and personal lines property claims. The role involves analyzing information, interpreting policy wording, determining coverage, assessing damage, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a university degree or equivalent experience, possess strong customer service and communication skills, demonstrate self-motivation, and have a valid driver's license.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 to 7 years experience handling personal and commercial property claims with at least partly acquired experience directly in the field
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrates a passion for customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and goal oriented, capable of working in a fast paced and changing environment
Strong aptitude for technology with excellent computer skills
Demonstrates strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Can travel on short notice
