Description
HiBob is hiring a Senior Field Deployment Engineer for its Customer Solutions Architecture team. The role designs and builds tailored integrations and technical solutions connecting Bob with customer ecosystems, assesses customer requirements and existing platform capabilities, guides customers in solution design, and uses AI-assisted development and vibe coding to create integrations, automations, prototypes, and lightweight applications. The position requires at least five years of relevant integration, implementation, consulting, or architecture experience, plus two years of hands-on AI-assisted development experience, and offers a hybrid work model with a temporary remote option.
