Moffatt & Nichol is hiring a full-time Senior Field Engineer to lead its Guam Post-Construction-Award Services (PCAS) team. The role coordinates clients, government representatives, contractors, and project professionals; oversees construction submittals, RFIs, change orders, drawings, specifications, and field observations; supports critical project agreements and meetings; and directs, assigns, trains, and mentors the on-site PCAS team. The position requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, at least 15 years of experience with marine ports, U.S. Navy, Department of War, or marine structural and heavy civil projects, and professional licensure or equivalent authority. It is based in Guam and requires both office and field work, including travel, extended hours, and exposure to extreme weather and terrain.
