The role identifies emerging industries and account segments, designs and runs targeted field programs, partners with Sales and Channel teams, develops standardized event frameworks, and uses AI, Salesforce, event platforms, and Outreach to improve pipeline generation and operational efficiency. Candidates need 5–7+ years of field marketing experience, strong cross-functional ownership, systems thinking, practical technology knowledge, and strong communication and analytical skills. The standard U.S. base pay range is $90,000–$100,000 annually, with benefits including an HSA, paid leave, retirement contributions, and reimbursement programs.
