Applied Materials is hiring a Field Product Readiness Engineer IV in Hsinchu, Taiwan, to lead service product readiness for complex etch, metal deposition, or dielectric deposition products. The role coordinates field, SBU, BU, GPS, and customer inputs; validates readiness across documentation, tooling, procedures, training, spare strategy, and AIx readiness; leads first installs and early deployments; manages sprints, backlogs, risks, KPIs, and escalations; and translates field data into product and service improvements. The position requires 7–10 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline, and approximately 50% travel.
