Omega Medical Imaging is hiring a Senior Field Service Engineer to travel to customer sites and lead complex installations, diagnostics, repairs, and technical support for X-ray and medical imaging systems. The role is based remotely in Atlanta, Georgia, with initial training in Sanford, Florida, quarterly headquarters travel, and significant field work. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, and software components, maintaining equipment, training customers, improving service procedures, and completing field-service documentation. The position requires 3–5 years of field service experience, imaging-system installation experience, electronics and schematic skills, and a valid driver’s license and passport or willingness to obtain one.
