The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field with at least five years of experience, or a master’s degree with at least three years, along with strong customer communication, troubleshooting, and travel capabilities. The position may involve swing shifts, frequent domestic and international travel, and rostered 24/7 on-call standby duty, with hybrid work options available.
