IPG is hiring a Senior Field Service Technician to provide technical support, maintenance, repairs, installations, training, and preventive maintenance for packaging equipment and customer operations. The role partners with sales on complex customer solutions, handles technical support requests, documents service work, and may require overnight travel exceeding 60% of the work week. Candidates need a high school degree or equivalent plus an associate degree in a technology field or equivalent experience, 5–7 years of related experience, electronics and electromechanical knowledge, and the ability to work independently and travel frequently.
