Description
Levata Canada is hiring a senior field technician for an onsite, customer-facing professional services role in Markham, Ontario. The technician will travel to customer locations to install, configure, repair, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade barcode printers, identification systems, related software, computers, and peripheral equipment; provide phone and email support and customer training; manage a service territory and inventory; document technical work; support sales; and collaborate with OEMs, repair partners, technicians, and programming teams. The role requires a technical diploma or equivalent or at least two years of post-secondary education in computer science, information technology, or a related field, plus 1–3 years of technical repair and support experience with identification systems. Compensation is CAD $55,000–$60,000 with 5% bonus eligibility and healthcare benefits.
