eSentire is hiring a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, reporting, and decision support for senior leadership. The role involves building financial models and dashboards, reviewing investment proposals, improving planning and reporting processes, leveraging AI-driven tools, and mentoring stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, CPA/CFA/MBA credentials, 5–7+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, and expertise with NetSuite, Adaptive, Salesforce, and Power BI. The role is hybrid for candidates within 50 km of the Waterloo, Ontario office and fully remote for those farther away, with a base salary of $100,000 to $135,000 CAD.
