Description
The Senior Finance Manager reports to the Chief Financial Officer and oversees financial, accounting, budgeting, contracting, compliance reporting, and financial systems for affordable housing and real estate development operations. The role manages the Asset Finance Unit and post-acquisition accounting, develops pro formas and forecasts, analyzes complex financing structures and capital stacks, supports acquisitions and project decisions, and supervises 1–2 staff. It requires a bachelor’s degree, seven years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, forecasting, or affordable housing/real estate development finance, three years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Yardi or Sage systems and financial modeling.
