Description
The Senior Finance Manager, North America leads the finance and accounting operations for Standex Engraving’s United States, Canada, and Mexico businesses. The role owns budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, KPIs, management reporting, month-end close, internal controls, SOX compliance, intercompany transactions, and the NA Finance + SAP integration. It also manages and develops the North American finance and accounting team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, cross-training, and succession planning. The position is based on-site in Fraser, Michigan, with up to 25% travel to North American sites.
