Riot Games is hiring a Senior Finance Partner for its Japan Finance team to serve as the strategic anchor between the Japan regional office and Global Finance. The role combines strategic financial planning, management accounting, treasury and cash-flow management, tax and audit coordination, regulatory compliance under the Payment Services Act, HR and payroll support, corporate administration, insurance, and payment-processing oversight. The position reports to the International VP, Finance and requires native-level Japanese, fluent English, advanced FP&A and controllership expertise, tax and treasury knowledge, regulatory familiarity, and strong external vendor management.
