Statista is hiring a Finance Transformation Consultant to support and lead transformation and optimization projects across finance. The role covers end-to-end finance process improvement, ERP and finance-system implementation, reporting and controlling digitization, RPA automation, cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, efficiency improvements, and change management. Candidates need a relevant business or information-systems degree, several years of finance transformation or project-focused finance experience, strong ERP and reporting knowledge, and very good German and English skills. The position offers hybrid work, flex-time, and up to 30 calendar days of work abroad per year.
