Description
The Senior FP&A Analyst will partner with executive leadership, operations, sales, accounting, and plant management teams to improve profitability, operational performance, cash flow, and financial visibility. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability and cost analysis, working capital and cash flow management, financial reporting and consolidation, process automation, and support for strategic planning, capital expenditures, M&A, and executive reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least three years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance, along with strong manufacturing cost accounting, financial modeling, Excel, and business intelligence capabilities.
