Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across California, Arizona, and Texas markets. The role partners with department heads, operations, sales leadership, executives, and other stakeholders to build and maintain financial models, lead the annual budgeting cycle, analyze variances, develop unit economics and cohort analysis, support headcount planning, and improve reporting automation and accuracy. Candidates need 3–5 years of relevant FP&A or comparable analytical experience, advanced Excel modeling skills, accounting fundamentals, strong communication, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
