Comply is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to connect pipeline, bookings, and revenue for its go-to-market organization. The role owns ARR waterfall reporting, SaaS retention and churn analysis, GTM efficiency and unit economics, pipeline and bookings forecasting, pricing and discounting analysis, and annual budgeting and planning. It requires a finance or accounting degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of quantitative or analytical experience, strong Excel modeling, SaaS metrics knowledge, CRM experience, and strong communication skills. The role offers $120,000–$137,500 in total compensation for the United States, with an estimated base salary of $110,000–$125,000 plus bonus and benefits, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
