Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their Capital Markets brokerage team in Greater Los Angeles. This role involves driving underwriting, valuation strategy, and transaction marketing for complex deals like value-add, redevelopment, and ground-up developments across various asset types. The analyst will lead financial modeling, prepare BOVs and OMs, and interact directly with clients and internal teams.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in capital markets, investments sales, or advisory.

Experience underwriting multiple asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial preferred).
Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with rigorous attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses clearly.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently when needed.
