Exponent is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance Group in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will manipulate large datasets to gain insights into business performance, collaborate with management on strategic objectives, develop financial reports, deliver business intelligence, automate processes, and compile data for various planning and forecasting activities. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft 365 Copilot/AI-driven tools. A Bachelor's degree (preferably MBA) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience are required. While experience in a professional services company is desirable, it is not mandatory.
