Intuit Credit Karma is hiring an FP&A Analyst to lead financial reporting, forecasting, and planning for its consumer banking business. The role builds complex financial models, analyzes member behavior, funnel performance, costs, and unit economics, develops strategic recommendations, and partners with Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics teams. Candidates should have 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or analytics, ideally in fintech, neobanking, or consumer financial services, along with strong financial modeling, data-visualization, and business-acumen skills. The position is available in Oakland and San Diego, California, with a base-pay range of $120,000–$172,000 depending on location.
