Ridgeline is hiring a hybrid Finance Business Partner for its Product & Technology organization. The role will partner with senior technology leaders on budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, capital allocation, ROI analysis, headcount and vendor planning, and recurring operating cadence. It requires 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, strategic finance, or a related analytical role, with a focus on delivering financial recommendations that influence decisions. The position is based in San Ramon, California, or Reno, Nevada, with at least three days per week onsite, and offers a starting salary of $107,000 to $182,000 plus stock options and benefits.
