Inizio is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to own end-to-end financial reporting for assigned agencies or business units and provide advanced financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and commercial insight. The role develops financial models and scenario analyses, investigates variances, supports business decisions, and improves reporting quality and automation. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis, advanced Excel and financial modelling skills, ERP experience, and strong stakeholder-management abilities.
