Springfield Clinic is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial projects, feasibility studies, reporting, forecasting, financial modeling, benchmarking, process analysis, and strategic decision-making. The role reports to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance plus either 3–5 years of healthcare financial analytical experience or 7–8 years of financial analyst experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Access, communication, confidentiality, and project-management abilities are required.
