HRL Laboratories is hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial analysis for its defense and R&D operations. The role supports the Forward Pricing Rates Proposal and Incurred Cost Submission, develops complex financial models, analyzes performance and variances, prepares reports for senior leadership, supports audits and regulatory compliance, and mentors junior analysts. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least four years of FP&A experience in defense or R&D, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and a DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one; US citizenship is required. The position offers a California salary range of $105,700 to $132,150 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
