Description
Human Interest is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Go-to-Market Finance function within the GTM FP&A team. The role builds and maintains GTM operating expense models, performs variance analysis, partners with sales, marketing, partnerships, operations, and onboarding teams, automates financial systems, and provides financial insights for budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and investor and board materials. Candidates need at least three years of progressive FP&A experience, strong Excel modeling skills, SaaS financial knowledge, and familiarity with SQL, NetSuite, and Pigment. The base salary is $100,000–$140,000, with health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
