Description
The Senior Financial Control Officer will serve as a senior technical resource in the Accounting Division (CTAC) of the Controller's Department at the Asian Development Bank's Manila headquarters. The role leads accounting policy and financial reporting, including complex transactions, policy development, financial statement preparation, internal controls, audit support, and process improvements, while overseeing and coaching junior colleagues. It requires a bachelor's degree in business administration with an Accounting/Finance major, Certified Public Accountant status, at least eight years of relevant professional experience, at least four years of supervisory experience, and proficiency in English. The appointment is fixed-term for an initial three-year period, with possible extension or conversion to a regular appointment.
